For your convenience, the Village of Antioch offers online access to view your Water & Sewer account and make payments. You can pay with a major credit/debit card or checking/savings account.
If this is your first time visiting, you will need to have your utility bill available while you create a new user account. A hard copy of your utility bill will allow you to provide your account ID number and your property location EXACTLY as it appears on your bill. Please input property address in ALL CAPS, abbreviate street suffix and DO NOT include city, state and zip (Example: 1234 MAIN ST).

If you are a returning user, you will only need your email address and password to log in.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment Service Network, Inc. (PSN) is only utilized by the Village of Antioch as a secure payment portal to process one-time payments for customers.
